applicable. Over and above the Bank Transaction Charges will apply.

How do I get a refund after Cancelling my Reservation ?

You may intimate us either via e-mail [email protected] or contact us on our phone No. +91 9593449344. After canceling your Reservation, the
refundable amount will be credited to the same account that was used for reservation. 

What are the Cancellation charges?

Cancellation charges is the amount that will be retained by the Hotel, as laid out in the Hotel’s Cancellation Policy.
Bank Transaction Charges is the fee the bank applies for a transaction done via Online booking.

Note: Unless expressly stated otherwise, it is mandatory to contact Happy Map Holidays Pvt Ltd for all Cancellation/
refunds.

In case you avail of the Website's hotel reservation service and are, thereafter, not contactable on the contact details
provided in this regard, then the hotel reservation selected by you will stand cancelled and Happy Map Holidays Pvt Ltd
would not be liable for any charges/expenses incurred by you, either directly or indirectly in this regard. 

Happy Map Holidays Pvt Ltd reserves the right to add, alter, modify, withdraw all or any of the Terms and Conditions or
replace, wholly or in part, the program by any other program, whether similar to this program or not or withdraw it
altogether without any prior notice.
