1. Cancellation and Refund Policy
1.1 Tour Packages:
- Cancellation by Client:
- More than 30 days before departure: Full refund minus any non-refundable deposits and administrative fees.
- 15-30 days before departure: 50% refund of the total tour cost.
- Less than 15 days before departure: No refund.
- Cancellation by Happy Map Holidays:
- If we cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund.
1.2 Hotel Bookings:
- Cancellation by Client:
- More than 7 days before check-in date: Full refund minus any non-refundable deposits and administrative fees.
- Less than 7 days before check-in date: No refund.
- Cancellation by Happy Map Holidays:
- If we cancel a hotel booking due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund.
1.3 Flight Bookings:
- Refunds for flight cancellations will be subject to the airline’s policies. Administrative fees may apply.
2. Refund Process

- Provide your booking reference number, details of the services booked, and the reason for cancellation.
- Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after approval of your request.
- Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method.

- Fees for visa processing.
